My idea is have the meet at an undisclosed place but have no racing at all: maybe a few doing burnouts to simulate the atmosphere, some barrels with fires in them lighting the strip, i mean street, then have the cops come in and bust it and everyone splits....never once have any racing at all. We can play it off like this happens every week, or once a month...say like this is the REAL meet on the first thursday of every month. The Varsity is basically like an "interview" for racing, you show up and show off your shit and submit your application to be accepted and then you recieve the info later if you are....can make up fake forms and everything
