I leave as soon as I get a shitty server. I worked in the restaurant business for years before I got into the automotive business and I don't put up with that shit. I have seen what servers do to peoples food when they have a bad day. It is not like the person is being a dick its just the server having a stick up thier ass.

On the other side of things if the server does an amazing job I give them huge tips. I gave a guy a $60 tip on a $110 bill. He chased me down in the parking because he though I gave him too much and I said "this is why I gave you this much, you did an awesome job" I though he was going to cry.

I have also told a server that she must be suckin someones dick to have a job here because you are the worst waitress I have ever had. She threw our plates down and the food went all over us. That one was fun, the waitress and bus boy were screaming at my dad and I on the way out. The bus boy grabbed me by the shirt and my dad put him into a wall. Then the manager came out and asked us what was going on. He fired the waitress and bus boy on the spot. I still laugh when I think about that one.
