No doubt the Phaeton is a great car. People just don't accept that Volkswagen building a high class luxury car. The interior is interesting...there are wooden covers on the vents, and 24 way adjustable seats. I can't imagine what you could possibly adjust. I'm more interested in the Touareg V10 TDi though. I think it has all the luxury of a Phaeton, and that engine is a killer...and extremely efficient for a V10.
The W12 puts you back in the seat nice and firm and that feeling does not fade.....at all. You barely have to touch the throttle at all around town and through parking lots. Parking it is like parking a fucking boat. Putting one between a two post lift is fun. I have not yet driven the V10 Tourag. I have drven the 8 and it is badass. I heard the V10 is a monster. We actually get more Phaetons than V10 Tourags in the shop.
