P.S "I was only doing 40mph" crap won't work. You can get a excessive speeding in short amount of time (something like that) ticket as a racing ticket. These days Cops know when you hit VTEC.
The judge is going to look, see "got damn, he had it suspended and he got it back and 3 days later he racing"??
