Now obviously you can't have sex goin 40mph and alone in car, neither can you be stealing or breaking in while you are driving your own car so only option left is Racing...which you are gonna get held against and sorry to say...You will loose your license when you go to court because you got your license 2 days before you got pulled over and didn't learn anything from it.
P.S "I was only doing 40mph" crap won't work. You can get a excessive speeding in short amount of time (something like that) ticket as a racing ticket. These days Cops know when you hit VTEC.

it doesnt matter how fast u were going... i.e. if a cop sees u at a red light u and the other car take off whether he catches u at 5mph or 80mph u were still racing... well in this example dragging
