Racing Ticket
Well I just got a ticket last night Racing and Speeding. I am only 18 I want to save my lisence but I need a good lawyer money isn't a problem as long as I get to keep my lisence so does anyone know any good lawyers that can pull me out of this or that has a friend that went through this. Also how much will the fine be on Racing.... Thnx

Your only hope would be to go to driving school, get a great lawyer and plead no-lo and the judge won't be so harsh.
But if he/she is harsh the street racing fines are ridiculious not to mention you could actually serve jail time
or you can just save all your money regardless since they are going to take your license for a min. of 6months. I didnt have no driving history and I pleaded nolo... all they did was give me half my ticket back but they did take my license.I think the only way you can get away with that if you're over 21...other than that you're Fucked!

actually its the judges discretion whether it be one year, or longer. i'm willing to bet he'll be without it until he's 21. thats assuming he actually came in here sugar coating the story... if he is in fact innocent (which i doubt) then he should have nothing to worry about. but yeah, 2nd time around, its minimum of one year. being almost directly consecutive, i'm willing to bet much longer.

I got cought on "North Brown", All I am trying to do is keep my lisence. I just got my lisence 3 days ago I took Defensive Driving to get it back I got it firday pulled over Sat night for racing but we woren't even racing.
