What he said may not have been racist in intent, but it still singled out a particular feature that is mostly specific to the Black race. And as far as white people having nappy hair, I bet you don't even know what real "naps" are LOL.

People keep trying to justify the reamark by saying that "there were white girls there too"

That is very true, but did any one hear Imus tie in Spike Lee to the remark. No one here has brought that up. I do not have the exact quote, but it was along the lines of "It's like a Spike Lee Joint out there", then his co-host threw in the "jiggaboo" line.

Radio show host alot of times discuss what they are going to say on the cast before they air........I FEEL THIS WAS SCRIPTED FOR REACTION BY THE LISTENERS, HE GOT A REACTION FROM THEM, AND THE SHOW....dropped

He is an ignorant person for saying it, and the co-host....


I am still debating on how to call his comment, but either racist or ignorant, it should not have been said.......he offened the team and the school community

But yet his assistant wasn't a "trophy" to go after. Everyone is trying to comment on the matter for their 5 sec's of fame. I would glady trade AS and JJ's lives, if it would bring back MLK Jr. I guess people forget that this endfighting is against his movement. As long as there are people that will throw out racist slurs, as well as people there to pull the race card, THIS SHIT WILL NEVER END!

I agree, both should have received some sort of punishment, so to speak.

If the race card would go away, the world would move just a little closer to being better off.....

If you read my posts you'd see I said nothing about racism and everything about being offensive. If you have advertisers on your show who pride their company on the diversity of their employees and their customer base then a really really dumb move would be to go out and offend those people. Was it racist? No Stupid? Absolutely and as I said before he is finding that out the hard way.
