Most true, legal gun owners don't just pull guns if they are not in life-threating or serious bodily injury situations.

The original question that you asked is a paradox. Further more, if you are the point to where you both agree to "engage" in a fight, I'm going to guess that you are still in high school or younger. If you aren't, then you had better have one hell of an excuse for acting like some immature punk kid and you had better pray that some grown adult decides that his self preservation isn't worth more than your life.
