Most LEGAL gun owners don't use guns to intimidate or scare someone. They use their guns to keep themselves or others from being seriously injured and/or killed; all with in accordance to the law. 9 times out of 10, if they are pulling their gun out, it is to stop the threat. This isn't some high school kid or anything like that. I think that many of you are confusing "illegal" weapon owners vs those legal ones who abide by the law.
