oh yeah, something to add...just go do your own thing man. You said you gave up things to be with her, i've been there and you don't have to do that. Compromising is one thing but giving up the things that make you who you are is another. I've seen it and i've done, first it's you're hobbies then it's your friends and before you know it you don't have anything or anyone to fall back on...it's no fun to be in that position.

Try new things and meet new people, might find something you like but if you just sit at home all depressed and pitiful then you'll never get anywhere
