did you try to start it before you tapped on it and it wouldn't start, or was you trying to start it and it wouldn't then you tapped it and it fired right up? and does it run smooth for 20 sec the just straight cut off? or does it run rough the whole time?

Why would they put the B16 in a DC? Because they wanted the motor for their ef/eg/ek/crx swap... They may have gotten a good deal on the car, bought it and swapped the motors, and then turned around and sold it. Some people prefer a civic over an Integra because of how light they are, or perhaps they just like the way they look better.

I personally miss my teg, but it's more cost effective for me to swap the GSR motor into the DX I got cheap and sell all of the parts left over then to buy another teg

Post full of non-sense. If they wanted the motor for a Civic, they should have put it in a Civic; not an Integra.

My bad on the not realizing this part of the conversation was over pages ago since I didn't notice the multiple pages...

BS on the nonsense. Re-read (slowly this time) and maybe you'll understand. If someone owned a civic, and wanted a B18xx in their car... you following me? Then found a good deal on an Integra... They may have bought the Integra for the motor, then swapped the Integra motor into the civic. Then, they could turn around and put the civic motor into the Integra and sell it to someone as a running vehicle in order to sell it faster, and for more money than they would get out of it if it was only a rolling shell.

Done speaking on this subject now, since it was over with days ago. Just had to clarify since "Bacon" was calling "non-sense".
