The clutch fork is not included in clutch assemblies. That is a completly seperate part. I'd recommend you look for a factory parts manual for your model and look under the powertrans/clutch section.
MOST people will just go out and buy a entire new clutch and not think twice about the old one, where as the old one could still have a very good/usable disk and flywheel.
