    No

All you need to replace is the pressure plate

The clutch fork is not included in clutch assemblies. That is a completly seperate part. I'd recommend you look for a factory parts manual for your model and look under the powertrans/clutch section.

MOST people will just go out and buy a entire new clutch and not think twice about the old one, where as the old one could still have a very good/usable disk and flywheel.

Check your shift linkage before you do anything. Happend to a bud of mine, car wouldnt go into 2nd and was just generally hard to shift. If you do decide to change the clutch do it right. Like everyone says, if you have time to do it the wrong way you better have time to do it twice. replace the pressure plate, disk, throwout bearing. shouldnt have to replace the clutch fork itself unless it is bent or something.
