Clicking noise from transmission until clutch pressed down.

i say main bearing inside the tranny. my SI did this 4 years ago, kind of sounds like a valve tick in your tranny until the clutch is presses and from what i gather there are 3 of them?? well i asked honda to do all mine under warranty and i would pay the difference for the non bad ones and they did not so i now have another bad one, it takes awhile for them to go kaput it seems but soon i'm gonna get a new tranny anyways.

throw out bearing in the trans is what it seems to me

if u said more of a grinding whining sound i would go with this.
