    No, the bore of the block.....

    My z28 came with a 350, it was bored to a 357.....I need a head gasket for a 350 bored .040 over, see what I'm saying.

    Never swapped stuff on Honda so wait for someone else, but I'm sure you'll use a B18 head gasket.
