Evo's can definately be modded easily. Mainly because the motor has been around for so long. Bolts ons already existed. The Sti motor was pretty much an unknown and it took 1 year for the ECU just to be cracked. Some EM companies are still working on versions for it. So it's has been behind the learning curve alot. That said, people are really starting to see the potential of it now with adding new turbos and such.
