hi pye. yeah i met mike once. i didnt really get the chance to talk to him, but i didnt really think he was a bad guy from what i could tell. so i agree. it's hard to judge based on what you read, but unfortunately reading stuff is the reason that people form judgements before they even meet someone.

I'm not a bad guy. Ask around. Out of over 3,000 members on IA, at least 3,000 will say the same. But when someone says(posts) something stupid, I'll be sure to respond with the best verbal assault I can. I don't mind putting stupidity in it's place. That's where the whole shit came in with me and Jonathin. He signed on IA to help fight an online arguement against some people. I defended my friends and bashed him in the process. Later on, when the idea for SEU came up. I was invited to it to help out(he didn't know it was me). As soon as he found out it was me, he went into his "I'm better than you" phase and him that girl ignored me the rest of the time. Even though I was willing to forget that night, he wasn't. That's the main reason why I won't let it go now. Getting treated like shit on the Net is one thing, but out in the open face-to-face is a lot more personal. seu isnt a bad site at all. it's really useful to a lot of people with new tiburons, or any car for that matter as they are expanding. it's a very tightknit group and has a lot to offer. there's nothing wrong with them at all, and i suggest checking it out. it's ok that some people have problems with others, that is how life is. but as a whole, the group is great and i think you'd really like a lot of their members.

Yes, that was your misreading. I never saw him try to approach me. Also, I wasn't really paying any attention to him, either. So if he did aim to come my way and I turned and walked away, it wasn't to walk away from him.

I feel rather differently. As I stated in my previous post. I know there are some cool folks in there. But, the fact that they are led by an incompetent asshole, kind of ruins it for me. I won't forget about it. He came to a dinner a while back to apologize about how he treated us. I couldn't make it and he vowed that he wasn't going to apologize to me. I'm owed one and until that day arrives, we'll still have this going on. I don't care one way or the other. But if he chooses to, cool. he was asked by someone else to ban you. that, however, is not the point. if you find it so childish in the first place, then why not be the "bigger" person and make an attempt to see past all of it. of course i'm biased, but i'm also open-minded to the situation and the possibility of different stances on it and so i'm trying my best not to be. i was the one who you were dealing with on the forums earlier in the year, and i'll admit i was quite frustrated because of it all. most of us were never around for the conception of the group and i've heard the history of it and it is really unfair to judge based on that, especially in the way the group has evolved. whether you like jonathan or not, please try to see past that when you think of SEU as a whole. i very proudly represent them when i can, and if it's worth anything, i'd like it if all of this never happened in the first place. my goal is not necessarily to solve all the problems because i have no control over that. my goal, however, is to at least make peace and to ask that you consider the whole group as opposed to one member.

I tried to bring peace between SEU and Tuners Unlimited with Russ's help to no avail about a year ago...I have meet alot of great peeps between the two groups and have made many good friends...all this hating and drama sucks...I think we are slowlly moving forward and getting past bad things in the past...I only see you mainlly on IA Mike and I don't know whether you consider many of us friends or foes no matter what group of peeps we hang with...let's get past that once and for all...we all have a passion for cars plain and simple...can't we move on...it's a shame to judge all of us based on things that didn't go well in the past...peeps change over time and life goes on...

I don't really consider any of you guys friends or foes. As it seems the point keeps being missed, there are a few people that are cool, and probably a few more that are that I have never met. I've really only met Jonathin(unfortunately) and until he steps up to the plate, I will always wish ill-will towards him. I'm not going to just forget about because he or whoever wants me to. I want an apology from him, but I won't get that. So you want me to forget and I won't. He blatantly, outright treated me like shit the day we met. It took all I had not to fucc him up that day. I doubt I'll do that. With him being the leader or Pres. or whatever you call him leading SEU, then I will let people know what I think of the leader. I will, as I always have when SEU is brought up, note that there are some cool folks there, but when the leader is complete crap, I won't NOT say something. Now keep in mind, I won't just open up and say something, but if it is brought up, I won't mind doing some Jonathin bashing. Never have minded.

Either way, SEU is a great club. Im part of several forums so i know whats good. Inside the club, all the major members know each other on first hand basis. We can offer a lot of advice on several diffrent cars. If u have an older tiburon, i can definitly help out. I use to have a 97' tib with custom turbo set up before an 88 buick got my driver side.
