you have and obd2 car and want to put an obd2 motor which is fine, but you need to find the obd2 p13 that came in the 96 prelude si vtec ( they are very rare and hard to find ). That way it will run with no problems and will pass emissions. I am not sure about running a obd2 p72, might throw cel which will prevent you from passing emissions. And obd1 ecu arent gonna pass either.
