    you'll pass if you don't have a check engine light but the problem with using the si ecu is that the fuel maps are for a smaller motor and will not make the full power of the h22.... just get a obd2 gsr ecu (only know h series ecu codes) and chip it and you will be fine i know ppl in Florida running them on their 5th gen all the time... eliminating the egr is kinda tricky bc you have to fab up a plate to cover every thing or you will have a horrible idle problem here is the link to the egr eliminating plate http://92lude.com/egr_mod.htm but it will throw a code bc all obd2 cars have some sort of egr system
