The TPS is probably the problem with it not revving high, since the ecu probably is getting a signal that says the throttle is closed when it is actually open, and it limits the fuel injectors.

btw, wtf is that ghetto rigged intake? you probably lost hp on that one. definitely did not smoothe the air flow any.
I replaced the tps and it still wouldnt rev over 2500rpm so i took of my iacv i think the codes that were being thrown were 7 and 14 i cant remember but the tps was put on yesterday and didnt solve the problem
