Ok so can sum1 explain to me how this works.buying a car on ebay that has delivery option. has any1 ever bidded or bought a car on ebay? i got an estimate for 400$ with the comany the ebay link sends (AL-here)

my dad bought his tl on ebay. he won the auction and sent the downpayment thru paypal. he got a loan thru the bank for the rest and they wired payment for the remaining balance. about a week later, the car showed up. 400 dollars sounds pretty good. it was like 550 to get his tl brought here from tampa

but see i was reading the fine print on the shippers web site..and the seller is responsible for taking it to the nearest shipping place and then itl b deliverd. and im looking mostly at 200-800$ non running 240sx..so thats what im curious how the SELLER will get it to THEM.lol

I bought a car on ebay. The car was in pittsburg. The company quoted me something around $400 as well, but when I bought the car and called them, $400 turned into $1200 and It would have taken 16-21 days to get here. I ended up flying up and driving it down the next day. I would just get someone to drive you over and you drive it back if its only in alabama.

i did the same with my prelude bought it on ebay and drove to washington dc with my dad and drove it back.

yea but the problem is..im most likely getting a shell..or a non running car..so having to spend money on a truck all the way up there or pay a lil more to have sum1 else bring it to me..lol that IM paying for.
