You need to do a ridiculous amount of research. If you live in an emissions regulated county you can not swap the car unless you spend huge dollars to get an OBD - 2 Type-r or H22. If you are still determined get the Type-r faster and better in so many ways. An H22 is heavy, the car wont handle, stop, or make u turns anymore.
