it depends on what kind of power you are going for. a c5 motor (itr) will be 190 hp and 195 if it is from japan. the problem with those is you are paying SO much more money for that 20 extra horse power when compared to a gsr or c1 motor. if you went with the gsr swap and added a itr header, stage 1 stunk 2 cams, vtec controller, and a good tune you will push 190 to the fly or 163 whp. that is the same set up i had on my gsr and it pulled with itrs all day long.
imho i am not a big fan of the h22 swap. yes they are pretty quick but very very heavy and most of the time will get spanked my a ls/vtec hatch.
