The meets aren't organized by any one individual, but you'd best talk to the Varsity managers before setting up as a Vendor. Typically vendors have to pay a fee at any event.

The Varsity typically doesnt want venders as this is just a gathering in their parking lot. You could contact the manager at the Varsity and find out.
