Who organizes these meets?
I have always gone to them but never knew who is in charge.
I'm want to be a vendor at these meets.
and should i talk to somebody before doing this or what?
Can someone please help me find out about this?

The meets aren't organized by any one individual, but you'd best talk to the Varsity managers before setting up as a Vendor. Typically vendors have to pay a fee at any event.
