Default Road Atlanta Track Weekend Invitation

    Good Afternoon IA:

I'm a newbie to IA but thought it best I invite you to join us for some on-track fun at Road Atlanta.

MVP Track Time (www.MVPTrackTime.com) is hosting it’s first annual “Flyin Turkey Trot” track weekend at Road Atlanta November 21 - 22, 2009. All are welcome and invited to join us for the on-track fun.

We schedule six, 20-minute run sessions for each of the three (Novice, Intermediate and Advanced) run groups each day. We have qualified instructors available for the Novice run group.

Visit our web site for details and/or registration (on line or mail-in registration) for any of our 2009 track events. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to call me at (314) 249-3770 or e-mail [email protected].

Happy Motoring and I hope to see you at the track!

This is a professional circuit sanctioned for ALMS events. Not a place where the runoff areas are chain linked fences.

I wouldn't suggest $400 is "cheap" but in relation to other track events at Road Atlanta, our weekend is a bargain with a 15%-35% lower entry fee. Take into account the attendees will likely receive about 50% more track time then other costlier groups, it simply compounds the value.

I received a call earlier this week from a potential Road Atlanta attendee asking "How many run groups and how many sessions each day?". We run three (Novice, Intermediate and Advanced) run groups with approximately two hours of track time scheduled for each run group per day.

Hope to see you at the track!

I was a bit shocked at the entry fees for Road Atlanta with various groups when we FINALLY got word of a weekend available there. Seems we are not only 10%-45% less costly to register but offer about 50% more track time with our three run group format.

Some of the tracks (ie: far South during Winter) we'd like to get to are soooo expensive to rent, and too small to get enough cars on safely, we simply can't make them work with the 3-run group format.

Hope you guys/gals will join us for the on-track fun at Road Atlanta.

Matthew, believe me I know. Economic conditions forced us to cancel Mid Ohio, VIR and Watkins Glen in 2009. That noted, Road Atlanta is SOLD OUT! Hope to see everyone at the track in 2010.
