no, they aren't the same company... To my understanding it was 2 people that used to help work for Nopi Nats and decided to branch out to put on a show.. MSN and Nopi is completely seperate now..
Who knows, maybe in 2 years, Tuner Fest teamed up with Nopi maybe held at AMS..
NOPI and MSN are completely different companies... NOPI is a performance Parts company who used to do major events and MSN is an event promotion group who doesn't have background in automotive industry.
NOPI joined up w/ Tunerfest... Tunerfest is guys from IA (me) who put on grassroots events every year; normally we do them at Atlanta Dragway but we are doing a free event w/ help from others like Mainstream/NOPI/NOS Energy....

No ties to them just outsider thinking its a slap in the face to be working against people in the scene and not helping or at least having the show on a different weekend because yes its cool to be able to have a free show.
