BTW, I was at the hotel at Import Alliance this weekend and people from Kentucky are talking about coming to Tunerfest.. Is the venue going to be able to hold this kinda of event? What if 1000+ cars show up??

THERE IS MORE THAN ENOUGH SPACE - IF YOU HAVEN'T BEEN TO THE NEW MAINSTREAM SHOP THEY ARE IN A BUSINESS COMPLEX SO THERE ARE TONS OF AVAILABLE LOTS FOR PARKING...

I WILL BE BLOCKING OFF THE MAINSTREAM LOT FOR SHOW CARS + CARS WANTING TO DYNO... I DON'T WANT SOME RANDOM 240 PARKING IN THE CAR SHOW LOT AS IT JUST ISN'T WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR. WE WILL BE LETTING IN EYE CANDY FOR THE SHOW AND DYNO CARS. ONCE THE LOT IS FULL THE REST OF THE CARS WILL NEED TO PARK IN THE REST OF THE SPECTATOR LOTS.

Also Paul i told Charles that i used to run my own parking business when i worked at ASU. I did events for the Cardinals, MLB, PGA Tour etc so if you need help doing that stuff let me know.

As far as capacity, i think a good 300-400 cars can fit in the entire complex. if it outgrows that for whatever reason (which i doubt)......we can have people park down the road, and shuttle them in. Thats just my .02.

By entire complex I ment the WHOLE industrial Park, I have contacted most of the local businesses and they are ok with us using their lots, as long as there is no "nopi drag race burnouts"

you crazy. you can fit 500 at the church next door and another 500 up and down the street to the place as well as all the other ones running down to mainstream's sidestreet row of businesses!!!!!!!! bet you could put 3000+ cars in that whole place if you used the whole complex from 278 all the way back to their place. heck just the road to their joint is over a 1/8th mile long

You cant line cars up and down the street that is a fire hazard safety issue. Across the way, you can fit another 200-300 cars MAYBE. Remember the other warehouses arent LONG like mainstreams is, they are much shorter.

I say lets still keep Mainstream's main lot not too packed where there's breathing room and not if 1 car needs to move out 3 others need to get moved. Lot of the people with good bit of work put into their car and high end cars won't want other cars too close.

their are all the hotels right off of i20 and thornton rd exit it is like 11 miles from the event. there is only 1-2 closer to the event in hiram but right off i20 there are 2-3 hotels. that exit is also the easiest way to get to mainstream. off the exit head north and the entrance to the industrial park and mainstream is on the left after you go thru the main drag in hiram
