that or leave it for the sponsor's to park, because i would imagine every sponsor thats coming is going to bring 3-4 cars each! plus any vendors that want to set up!

well we aren't selling VENDOR boths... only NOS is setting up a lounge area, but everyone else coming is just bringing cars and maybe a banner... main area will have the nice rides/show cars, other areas will be spectators. i counted out roughly 150 spots for main lot w/ room to move if need be. biggest thing though is we don't want people driving in the lots. park and sit. there will be too much traffic like varsity meets for people to drive around.

There will need to be people directing traffic most of the day as individual lots get filled and conning them off or else lots of back and forth traffic inside the complex. A person will be needed at the main entrance to flag away cars till cars entrance has more room or else there will be a line of traffic going up the main road (traffic jam), some of the car will have to make few U-turns before be able to move in the complex.
