no, they aren't the same company... To my understanding it was 2 people that used to help work for Nopi Nats and decided to branch out to put on a show.. MSN and Nopi is completely seperate now..

Who knows, maybe in 2 years, Tuner Fest teamed up with Nopi maybe held at AMS..
