62 in a 45 in PTC....totally my fault, no doubt about it. I was just cruising and forgot that PTC was 45 and not 55 on HWY 34.

Thats not hard to do in PTC. 54 though being 45mph, i never see anyone doing under 55 except in between the intersection at discount tire to hwy 74. Going down hill into Coweta county and going past the avenue, everybody ignores the limit.

That's where most cops post up. They post up on the stop lights over at Panda, Best Buy, and the last one at Discount Tire hoping to get someone. The most bullshit part was the 50 to 40 change on 74. The speed limit changes from 50 to 40 for just about 1/2 of road and that's how I see a lot of people get pulled over too.

I'm too paranoid around PTC to speed. Once I hit that county line, my ass is doing 45-47 the whole way back to my house.

How high are they? ANd what's the game plan to reduce them?? I ask because I occassionaly hear people talking about high EGTs and wanting to lower them but besides adding fuel and pulling timing, what other ways are there to reduce them??
