i think you can just cut the bolt off the boots... and then take them off. i saw how the put them on on TV, and its just a lock holding them together... id just carry a bolt cutter with me if there was a chance it would happen. i stopped by for like 10 mins. kinda lame, nice to see the police chilling like the bike meets down in 5 points. not worth staying though.
