Hey I need some advice I also posted this in the general tech fourms.

Well I have a 90 crx and I swapped a 95 z6 into it and used my 90 transmission.

Blew the trans last week. I drove 80miles and picked up a transmission today.

I got home and started to prep it for the reinstall.
I stopped and looked at the 90 trans and found that the new trans was different.

its a 88 21 spline and I have a brand new 90 20 spline clutch and lightweight flywheel.

Can I just buy a 88 pressure plate and clutch disk and use my 90 flywheel?

or do I just need to buy a hole 88 setup clutch pressure plate and flywheel?

Please Help I really need this car running ASAP thanks

s**t me and elmer drove into a hail storm on the way back from plesent hill earlier. We cought the vary end and it looked like it snowed the road and the grass was white and we saw a crash. The fog was so thick we couldn't see the cars in front of us. That was scary.

not soo sure but i think your going to need new ones for the new tranny...thats going to suck ass real bad...good luck though

I cant win. every time I think I'm one step ahead it kicks me 2 steps back.

So far with some resurche people are using the 86-89 accord clutch disk with the 90 flywheel and pressure plate. its 212mm like the 90 and 21 spline like the 88 trans.

so I have to buy another damn clutch that three in a year.

wow $4700 me and elmer got luck we cought the after math of a bad hail storm. No hail feel on his car but the roads got really slipery and wet. It got crazy today.

In all honesty, it drizzled in spots down here yesturday, but it was sunny and very hot. I wore shorts yesturday. I had to even finally use the air here. It looks like today will be a repeat of yesturday.

He didnt it was me i drove his car tha other day when we all went bowling (yes i drove a honda only cuz jose was drunk) lol..But me and bafbrian were just riding along out of nowhere BAM we cought some air lmao and the shock fell through the fork..Easy fix cuz the bolt that went on tha fork just broke lol but tha ***** of it is when it broke half of it stayed in there
