Fitting an EG radiator in an EF is not as hard as some people make it sound. Look at my pictures in this thread. I have an all-aluminum EG radiator with a stock unmodified front crossmember and no hood modifications (although it is an SiR hood).
Its ebay and works great.....and its 27x7x3 i wanted to get a 31x12x3 but my wastegate was in the wayOriginally Posted by 90_ZC_HATCH

he is right its not that hard to put an eg radiator in an ef but to put an ek radiator is a bitch and i would sugest for anybody not to do it but if your short of money all you need is brakets, a cutting wheel, and a welderOriginally Posted by jfrolang
Hrmm..I am also having to make sure it is far enough forward to clear my shitty DP so that might be my main problem. I need to cut some of my core support, I wonder how much I can cut outOriginally Posted by jmmx258
I've seen people cut the whole thing out before, but they seemed to be more of drag cars.

I'm assuming your DP exits to the right/passenger side. My snail is on the other way around. I made my own DP and it comes out, wraps down around the snail, and hugs the oil pan with 1/2 clearance between the two. I put a few strands of heat tape on the pan. With just a piece of screen and I cut one of my spare foam air filters for my race bike to use as a filter. I do have room to run a piece of IC pipe and a filter. I just chose not to because I've seen what a dirtbike air filter stops, and its less cluttered this wayOriginally Posted by slow_hatch

MUST BE A FUCKING PAIN WITH THAT TUCK!Originally Posted by CBEeng.
not the tuck. paint on the starter kept it from grounding. so i thought the batt was dead. sos i hooked up the super Batt charger to it forgot to look at the knob on it and it was on the 225amp 12v quick start and it got something under the dash. i was pissed when i bench tested the starter and it worked.Originally Posted by 00CelicaGT
