Looks like a photoshopped Genesis coupe with the sedan front end.

I like it.![]()
I keep looking at it...
I was looking at a bunch of pictures of the coupes and thinking about how gay the grill looked and then this one popped up. I think the different grill is what caught my eye.
I suppose that front is a little bulky and such, and the colors off, but i think hyundai should have gone with a larger front grill on the front.
One for comparision:

I definitely like the coupe front end more.
I think the 4drs grill is a bit too luxury for the coupe.
On the other hand, these Korean market cars looks ace. I can't wait to see the coupe in person.
i like the bigger one better![]()
ooooo i <3 eet! thats awesome! i'm a sucker for a genesis though lol
That looks like ass
2nd one is nice

True, the grill draws to much attention to itself which is a luxury car feature.Originally Posted by Nerdsrock22

A little bit lighter touch on that grill would really make that car work.
I can just see Nissan Z sales going down because of this car.
Big congrats to Korea for finally getting it right.
the red one is sex
and in the OP the grill is way too distracting, maybe if it wasn't chrome

This is very hott.

If the coupe didn't have random dips, it would look better.

If the sedan's front end could transplant to the coupes the Tau V8 could finally fit.
damn that does look good!
so the big question is .....
if you were going to buy one would you go with the turbo 4 or NA 6??????
I think Korea is going to steal some z sales. I don't think G's will suffer much though. But, hp is competitive, the Hyundai looks better than the new Z to me (and everyone with working eyes), and the car is done right. Coupe is sexy. I might snag a used one in a few years for my son. Well, it'll be for me, but I'll say it's for him and he'll be happy.
Pssssssft!!!! Zoom Zoom BOOM!!!!
Keep in mind that big reason for that is Hyundai finally making the effort to set themselves apart as an automaker.Originally Posted by cgEvan

Turbo 4. My reasoning is that the motor can probably handle a good bit of power stock. Not to mention I am sick and tired of slow na motors.Originally Posted by CH@Dbee

Somehow, I seriously doubt it'll come up to the 370Z's level. I think it'll be a good match for the 350Z, but Nissan has already moved on.Originally Posted by EJ25RUN
They're trying very hard - but they're not there. Yet.
personally, im a fan of the sedans. coupes look hot too but the sedans are more sexyh with that luxury and power... hopefully hyundai has their stuff together and this will be a quality car... id rock one...

Hyundai had over 100 engineers working on the Genesis V8 engine alone for 4 years.... IMO they've put way too much money into the Genesis project for them to "not have their stuff together". God I hope i'm not wrong...Originally Posted by Silvrmaxx

Id prefer the sedan also.. ive never been big on coupes.... other than the G35's.
Hyundai isnt a small company by and means and they have seriously deep pockets. However they're new to this game (but learning aweful fast).Originally Posted by GKtib®
If I had the power to change the Genesis, this is what I'd do:
1) Change that god awful Klingon forehead looking front grille.
K'PLAH! REAL KLINGONS DRIVE A GENESIS!
2. Throw away those nasty ultra-cheap looking wheels and put in something like this even. Nice n understated.
KUDOS to them on their choice of transmissions and I hope the engine is every bit its talked up to be. Has anyone test-driven a genesis? How was the suspension?

Wow, they changed the wheels! I've never seen that one before. The one I saw had these cheap flat, shiny wheels. It just screamed "cheap". this pair isnt bad at all. Good going Hyundai!Originally Posted by JITB
