    I'm down for a meet.

On the other hand, with this debate about rotors to pistons. I personally am going to keep a turbo rotary (whether it be a 13b or 20b) in my rx7 b/c it is a unique car and should stay unique for what it is. Yea throwing a LS or any other V8 might sound mean and fun but it doesn't qualify for being an rx7 after that. Its like putting a K20 in another Honda, or an RB in another Nissan...Thats acceptable b/c your staying within the family. But going from two different makes and from import to domestic and mixing all that shyt up. Man you must be a confused person to want that. As for me, I like to keep it original and stay in the family. Turbo Rotary FTW! Now I only say turbo rotary b/c I haven't been impressed by any NA rotary. If someone can show me the light, then please feel free.

MY NA Rx-7 is faster than my TII was. Then again the TII was stock and this is highly modded but I';ll give you a little ride at the Rx-7 meet. I'm not claiming it's super duper quick, but it's a decent for an N/A stock port 13B probably nearing as quick as N/A gets without porting. MY car is a bit of a sleeper. Once again, nothing too special, but it ALWAY surprises people who ride in it for the first time. Think a high powered hard top Miata with a more reliable engine :p.

^^ Yeah, I drew a frame of a man running on each fan blade. That is him running at idle

A Miata engine isn't reliable? lol

Haha no, it was just something a guy at the autocross said to me. HE was like "I love my first gen, it's a hardtop Miata with a more reliable engine." I replied "I've never heard anyone call a rotary more reliable than anyhting without hearing the word 'DSM' next." Then he pointed out that these first gens really never break down. 1st gen 12As and 13Bs have 3mm apex seals. Thus the redline @ 7K instead of 8K like the FC 13Bs, but they last until 250K miles, but no, the Miata engine isn't unreliable.
