Damn that sucks.... and ignore the flood of "God hates rice" type comments that I'm sure will be coming... you're ok, and that's a hell of a wreck to come away from. I'm surprised it flipped! That's insane. But good for you for having the clarity of mind to get it stopped, and I'm glad you came away from it with minimal injury.

PS... If you argue with her insurance company, you can usually get them to cover the mods as well since the car is totalled.. that way you don't have to deal with taking them off (the stuff that's still usable) and you don't have a complete loss for the stuff like that fender and cf hood that aren't still usable. I would file a claim for the price of the aftermarket stuff... she wrecked your car, she should pay for ALL of it... not just the price of a stock car.

Fuck stance. Stance is for kids in skinny jeans with Justin Beiber haircuts. You don't need stance when you got swagger.

if you have receipts they will give you a percentage of what you paid...the accord that they totaled out had 33,753 $ from the previous owner invested in it...i made good off that one and bought it back for 350$...

I thought about buying it back...heard it would be around $800-$1000. but i decided its not worth it to me. i would have to do so much to get it back road ready, and i dont have a secondary car. so i'm just going to get what i can off it, and just start anew. its already been in 2 wrecks with me, plus 1 wreck with the previous owner. the car really isn't worth putting more money in to.

and thnx, it excites me to start on something new. i've learned from my mistakes of this honda, and know suspension & performance things go in a certain order...so i refuse to make the same mistake twice. also i don't know if i will body kit it. prob just lip kit the next one. any i also won't do the unpainted pieces thing. so everything happens for a reason...just gives me the chance to start anew.

oh I already know rice comments are coming. And like before, doesn't bother me.

as far as insurance, we both had the same insurance company so they settled everything quickly. they did cover the mods since i had insurance through them for aftermarket parts. the camber kit, hood, and rims is what really helped the value of the car. i'm taking the rims, hood, and skunk2 camber kit off as soon as i can get a ride up there to do it. i luckily have replacement parts for all of those. i dont have a replacement for that 1 fender though...car was valued @ $5279 or something like that...which is good since i slaughtered the value by doing all of that stuff to it. i dont think they noticed the car was lowered, i think they assume the wreck did it. now since i owed on the car still, i get no money from it...but atleast i get to start over, and get a 5sp this time.
