Im pretty sure this was him. It was black mustang with black wheels and dark ass tint, with 4.6 badging on the back and sides. I was on wastegate pressure (12psi) and my regular boost is 27psi, i let him go first then i punched it, no brake boosting and slow ass shifts and got him by like 5 cars:idb: Needless to say that car is slow as fuck!
