Session 047 Part 1:

K series shifter cable routing and mounting:

Start with removing "A" and "C" from the shifter cables and discard:



Remove bracket "B" to modify since this is the best bracket to use:



Take the hammer and hit the bracket to flatten it out like so:



I don't know what the bolt is for. It's a 10mm bolt that was holding nothing in place. Maybe before I took the car apart it had a purpose. But, it's in the perfect spot:

Closer look at the cable routing at the crossmember:

Closer look at the tranny connection (my father shortened the cotter pins for weight reduction :boobies: j/k....he said the length was not correct)
