Getting A Title From GA

1985 below motor vehicles do not require a title in order to tag/insure them in ga, other states might be diffirent, I do not know. As far as quickdodge's civic goes, I dont know how he managed to get the title, because I've tried multiple times on a prior 86 model and they always said the same thing, prior 86 CANNOT get a title unless your the last recorded owner of the vehicle and then its not a bonded title, it would be a lost title. I guess QD got lucky.
