yeah its going to be a rebuilt title, i dont know the process on doing it if it was originally in GA, bc i think you need a license to "rebuild" salvaged cars from here,
but i salvaged one with an out of state title, from ohio... you gotta go to the DMV headquarters (in atlanta i believe) and fill out some forms and pay $118 and they'll come to your house and inspect the car, and if it passes they'll send you the title in the mail in 2 weeks.... (the inspection itself literally only lasted me about 3 minutes tops) he just looked around the car... can't tell if this is the procedure or if this guy was just a lazy worker... but he just cranked the car turned the blinkers and shit and thats it.
but if the car had a GA title i think things can get more complicated.... (if i'm not mistaken, you need a rebuilders license to salvage the title)... someone correct me if i'm wrong....
but regardless 240 shells are a dime a dozen now... so just get a clean one, paint up the engine bay real nice while hte motors out, just pimp out the shell and then drop in everything worthwhile from the other car... then you have a parts car too

so you have a good bit of extra shit in case of accident, or if something breaks
