i used to not let my car warm up but now with the 1000cc injectors and 272 cams i have no choice
yes jsut for inital "idle high" to stop
to full running temp
no, its fine i start up and go
warm up for approx 1 min.
it doesnt matter
i do if i can, but its not a big deal to me
