I let it idle for about two min/ and first ten minutes of driving I never reach over 3000 RPMs
yes jsut for inital "idle high" to stop
to full running temp
no, its fine i start up and go
warm up for approx 1 min.
it doesnt matter
i do if i can, but its not a big deal to me
