Wish i had seen this before i spent all my money trying to fix what wasnt broken! My F22B1 also had the same idle surging problem. MIL showed it was the IACV and the TP sensor. I ended up replacing that, the EGR valve and almost all vaccuum lines before i figured out it was the FITV. So I believe this should work the same way w/ F series and H series (very few people on this board have and F series. hehe)
