They did that becasue there trying to slow him down on his trap speeds. If you read NHRA did it and NDRA followed. But where talking about a Pro class they dont make many changes to those classes..

Yes, they do but normally it is to slow down people not help them go faster. Look at the 300lb weight penalty for all ecotech powered cars.

well if you are running ndra only, the turbo is only legal for turbo street(no meth allowed) and pro GT which is a 6 and 7 sec index. cant run pro fwd without a full tube chassis. what "pro" class is "he" aiming for.

OKAY... everyone is confused so i'll set the record STRAIGHT

NDRA turbostreet allows C16 and its not limited on turbo size.
This car will run turbostreet, localevents, whatever it can LEGALLY RUN IN.

When it enters PRO class...it will be to spec. YOu really think that all this time that we have been racing the car wont be to rule specs?

This turbo cant make the power its intended for SPOOLIN? We'll hve to wait and see...FUll-RACE didnt think their turbo can make over 700whp either but it did so thats why they started adverstising the hp.

    its about pushing the envelop....

its not retarded to build a car for a particular event.... im sure you wont be traveling to most out of state events either..maybe im wrong but who knows. you build the car like you want and run what ever event u want.

Thats for NHRA though, we have never ran any of their events. 2 of our cars have fuel cells and that is not legal for NHRA, we never did intend on attending any NHRA events...

I don't think Glenn NDRATECH will change the rules for the entire class for one car even if it is from GA. They have that rule there for a reason.

Ok for us the NDRA season is over!! We are running the last 3 events (Tunerfest,Import showdown, and one in AL ) and then getting cars ready for next year. Alot of us are setting are selfs up for next year not this year, like myself. So for peter to run the last 3 events he can run showdown classes. If he cant run that turbo next year im sure he will change stuff around. No Biggie!! But for the last 3 events we running this is the turbo he will be spooling and sucking up babies!!!

theres only one more showdown class left? in the fall. spending all that money for a dinky race like that(its a nice race but not big by any standard) is just retarded.

Facts for NDRA pro 4 cylinder:
They tried allowing 76mm turbos to be used 2 years ago and found that without running methanol et's went down. So now per Glenn NDRATECH " if meth is used the biggest turbo you can run is a 70mm in that class. On the 74mm or 75.6 inducer no meth or alch can be used. You would have to move up to the Pro outlaw FWD class where you can run any size turbo and or meth/alch". Also he said" We have limited the turbo size to keep the class competitive and have found that there is no reason to change".

Not trying to start anyting with you guys because I would love to see Peter and Bee out there bustin ass for GA but those are the rules.
