I pick the h22 for the same reason i always have cheap to build to make nice power. the question to why would you pick that over a v8 because the ls1 im putting in my bmw doesnt get 34.5 miles to the gallon thats why. to run low 12s or high 11s and get that gas mileage on motor is impressive to any v8 guy ive ever talked to .Now to the man that has plenty of money buy a 1400 hp all motor small block ( yes they make them very reliable to cost about 75,000 and run 6s in the quarter in a tube chasis) have fun . Im just saying there is a reason that people choose whatever motor they choose weither it be price , what they can get parts for or whatever . I dont bash anybody for there choices just say try to get as much as you can out of what ever you choose.
