It gets over 30 miles to the gallon every tank of gas and that is not babying it at all. If any knows me they know i dont drive anything slow the last tank was 33.5 miles to gallon. Im not saying i couldnt build a single that gets 40 miles to the gallon im sure i could but will it run low 12s on motor nope. The whole purpose of vtec is to get good gas mileage not hear how loud it is next to your homies car.

Im trying to find a better fith gear and i thank it will get atleast 2 more miles to the gallon . I could build a bad ass 350 to go in my bmw but it would get less then 10 miles to the gallon and i would never drive it by going with the ls1 swap it will get about 22 miles to mthe gallon and run low 12s. I guess nothing i build is a strait drag car they are true street cars and i wanna be able to afford to drive them. If somebody gave me a prostock car i couldnt afford it .I heard it cost 50,000 dollars just to test and tune one . I would love to have one and drive one and it is far supperior to anything i will ever own i just simply cant afford it so i guess my favorite is what i can afford and still pay my shop and house payment.

The post about the f20b motor from honda is correct i have owned 3 that is a bad ass motor especialy for the money. for 1600 you get a t2t4 lsd trany which i am running in my hatch right now very nice trany. Also you get full type s head i mean valve train ,cams hole nine yards. The block is iron sleeves the rods are big as crap i mean this is a bad ass little motor . Ive put two in none gutted 2500 pound hatches and run 13.5 both times bone stock all day for years. I have also reeved one of these motors to 9500 dailey bone stock for 5 years and can prove ask anyone from macon lol . Truely a great honda motor for the money. Although the down side that most people dont realize about h22 and f20b the automatic motor suck. The auto f20b dont come with the type s head or the the 11.1 compression or the 66mm throttle body. If you dont order a h22 ,h23,or f20b with a five speed trany you are losing 20hp to start off with so for all these people that wondered why your h22 wasnt as fast as your friend now ya no.

Phuck yes, and I will say it again. 390!!!! all motor!!! Give the man his credit. Don't get me wrong, your 252 is very impressive, but this is an opinionated poll, and with all circumstansce accounted for, Bisi proved that an older, overlooked motor could do better than ANY OTHER HONDA MOTOR HAS EVER DONE, WITHOUT VTEC. I'll give you a thousand dollars if you can point out any all motor honda build, D,B,H,F,K that puts down 390 WHP, then that will be my new favorite.

I did not try to build the badess all motor honda on the planet this is not even a race car . The point im arguing has nothing to do with what your saying but i guess your not intelligent enough to see that . Im talking about practical motors that anybody can build that are cheap and still get good gas mileage which is what vtec is made for. No need to argue the point that he made power out of a nonvtec motor hell vtec does nothing but get you gas mileage if i didnt care about my gas mileage id probably build a non vtec motor myself theyare easier to come by .You can put big ass cams in any motor not just vtec ones .
