In my opinion, if you are running a stock head or very mildly ported head then the S2 pros are a better cam to run. The larger lift allows more air in but the shorter duration allows for more quench time. I have been happy with the power of the S2 and they make good low end power. We have made over 200whp with 1.8L, stock port head, and ebay header.

No matter what cam you run you need to degree them in for your motor. I have not had a chance to test this yet on the dyno (I always degree the cams in out of the car) but I would like to see what the difference in power is from just set to 0,0 and when degreed in. Good luck with your setup.
