    2. Your offset did not eat through your tires. Your camber did. Or your alignment. Probably both.
    3. It's powDercoat. not power. POWDER. lol. and when it comes to wheels, i'd powdercoat them. paint chips and flakes. powdercoating doesn't.

    2. yea my offset with my suspension set up gave me negative camber leading to heavy tire wear

    3. the powercoating..is a mazda joke with some of my friends... ; )
thanks for the advice!! : )

from the pictures, those wheels look to have a pretty normal/stock offset. knockoff wheels generally dont use crazy offsets unless you specifically order them that way (IF the manufacturer even gives the option, which most of them dont) ... the higher the number, the closer to "stock" you get.

if you dont want to eat tires, you need to either raise your car up, or get a camber kit and bring your camber back out - which when you do this, you'll find if you're too low, your tires will actually be hitting the fender. to have a really low car, you HAVE to run negative camber to be able to fit your tires inside of your fender.... which you were just talking about going lower, which is going to eat more tire.

    just sayin.
