yes, hondata, omni, and yoparts have a direct replacement map sensor for civics that have the throttle body mounted sensor. Scotty can get you the hondata one. Cant beat the simplicity.

i also found this link for a motorolla map sensor. 2.5 bar for about 30 bux.
maybe someone who knows these things can chime in
